ADAMI PROSECCO BOSCO DI GICA N/V, ITALY
This delicious frothy, dry wine has the soft feel typical of great Prosecco. Made just north of Venice, this wine has been the base of the traditional Belini cocktail, combining peach nectar with Prosecco. It is also a great choice to drink by itself. Moderately fine, persistent, and frothy mousse. Lovely, elegant scents of green apples, white wildflowers, minerals, and glazed almonds. The palate is dry but still generous with flavors of yellow cherries and tropical fruits, and a very long finish. Excellent.

MICHEL TURGY BLANC DE BLANCS RESERVE GRAND CRU, FRANCE
This Champagne is made entirely out of Chardonnay from the Grand Cru of Mesnil, the same village that brought us Salon, Krug Clos de Mesnil and Launois.
The most fascinating feature of this wine is the reserve stocks that it is composed of. When they say reserve at Turgy, they mean it! They blend in 30 different harvests into this bottling yielding a wine of amazing complexity. It is a very rich and mouth filling Champagne and one of the biggest Blanc de Blancs around. White flowers, pine nuts, spice and even Christmas cookies all came to mind when tasting this wonderful bottle of Champagne.
It has wonderful flavors of toasted brioche with creamery butter, crunchy toffee and bunches of wild blossoms; this persistent 100% Chardonnay pulsates with great energy and freshness. Grace, depth and beauty that are both a nod to its noble Le Mesnil terroir and the artisanal talents of Turgy. From southern Champagne in Mesnil-Oger, this blanc de blanc shows a charming character with its terrific flavors and easygoing style. Spicy baked apple flavors and light bubbles make this a superb choice as an aperitif, to compliment rich dishes, or to celebrate with!
"It's made entirely from white grapes, which means the ultimate expression of chardonnay; orchard fruit flavors, stony minerality and lingering fizz."

BOLLINGER SPECIAL CUVEE N/V, FRANCE
The denomination Special Cuvee was created in 1911. The idea came from William Folks, then partner of the illustrious London House of Mentzendorff. This great wine lover felt it was an insult to simply call this great wine "non vintage". The suggestion of naming it "Special Cuvee" was immediately approved by Monsieur Bollinger.
A beautiful Champagne. Complex and elegant, evoking ginger, jasmine, citrus and honey aromas and flavors, accented by a biscuit and grain component coming as much from barrel fermentation as yeast aging. Very firmly structured and long.
