The Mourvèdre provides a marvelous raspberry aroma and mouth-filling taste, Petite Sirah adds black currant and spice flavors while Syrah adds plum and black licorice notes to this Zinfandel based beauty. This matches well with everything roasted or grilled, from ahi tuna to chicken to lamb and beef. It also goes great with Italian red sauce dishes.
