SENSIBLE TEMPRANILLO VINO DE LA TIERRA DE CASTILLA 2013, SPAIN
"(100% tempranillo, aged in 75% French and 25% American oak for six months): Ruby-red. Musky cherry and vanilla scents, with hints of cracked pepper and orange pith in the background. Offers spicy, slow-to-unwind red fruit flavors braced by juicy acidity. Finishes brisk and focused, with youthfully chewy tannins. A little aeration helps a lot here." - IWC 89 Pts    ON SALE - $ 9.98

COLOSI ROSSO 2012, ITALY
Cantine Colosi Rosso is a red blend, mostly nero davola, and the kind of wine that has helped make Sicily what it is today. Its almost certain to go in the $13 Hall of Fame next year, and has been one of the great joys of my wine drinking this spring. Look for juicy, fresh cherry fruit, and drink it by itself (yes, really) or with any kind of grilled food, be it burgers, sausage, or chicken. "This is jammy and straightforward with plenty of dried cherry character. Full body and a fresh finish. Salty undertones. A bright and fruity Sicilian red. Drink Now." - James Suckling 90 Pts    ON SALE - $ 9.98

LE PETIT BALTHAZAR VIOGNIER SAUVIGNON BLANC 2014, FRANCE

Goes with almost any fish or seafood especially sushi, shrimp, soft shell crabs, prawns, oysters or mussels in creamy white wine. It's also delicious with roast chicken, smoked turkey salads, macaroni cheese or any other creamy pasta. HAUT MARIN CUVEE MARINE 2014, FRANCE
This easy to sip French white is 60% Colombard, 20% Ugni Blanc, 20% Gros Manseng. A refreshing wine for starting off a meal or on the evenings when you just want to sip wine and nibble! Fresh and mineral driven, the light citrusy backbone is perfectly balanced with the lively fruit!    $ 11.99

AIME ROQUESANTE MAS FLEUREY COTES DE PROVENCE ROSE 2014, FRANCE
Fruit for this wine comes from the vineyards in Vidauban along the banks of the Argens river. Aime Roquesante, a modern winery respectful of traditional processes, blends Provence's predominant grapes: cinsault, grenache and syrah. The distinctive bottle, a curvy shape known as a skittle, sets off the pretty color of the wine. On the nose, the wine offers aromas of fresh strawberry and hints of peach. On the palate, taste watermelon, young red berries, citrus and stony minerality on the crisp finish. Drink it as an aperitif or with hors d'oeuvres such as smoked salmon or pate, salads, seafood, fried chicken, barbecue, Asian cuisines, fruit and soft cheeses.    $ 12.99

ANCIANO GRAN RESERVA TEMPRANILLO 2004, SPAIN
This is no ordinary Tempranillo. The great vintage and 10 years of aging has a lot to do with that. It has flavors of pepper, cherry, and some licorice, with oak and vanilla on the nose all delivered in a very well-balanced manner. A great value-driven wine from La Mancha, Land of Don Quixote.    ON SALE - $ 13.98

BODEGA SOTTANO CABERNET SAUVIGNON CLASSICO 2013, ARGENTINA
Bodega Sottano "Classico" hails from Perdriel, an exceptional part of Mendoza known for its intense red wines. This delicious Cabernet has wonderful aromas of black cherry, mint, a little oak and hints of hickory. On the palate, it shows lots of concentration with toasty oak, chocolate and blackberry flavors blending harmoniously with dark fruit and cassis. Aged in French oak to provide just enough fine tannins to balance its delicious fruit and create a long elegant finish.

"The 2013 Clasico Cabernet Sauvignon is a clean and fresh, lightly-oaked style of Cabernet Sauvignon, with fresh aromas of mint, macerated cherries and tobacco leaf. The palate is medium-bodied, with very refined tannins, good acidity and focus. It is not so easy to find this quality in this price range. Drink 2014-2018."

NICOLAS CHEMARIN BEAUJOLAIS VILLAGES P'TIT GROBIS 2013, FRANCE
Not yet 30 years old, Nicolas is a rising star in Beaujolais. He farms 5 hectares of land in the village of Marchampt, along with a few small plots in Regnié and Morgon. His vineyards are extremely steep with slopes ranging from 25% to 55%. The average vine age is 40 years. Nicolas believes in longer macerations, aging on lees, indigenous yeast and low use of sulphur. Nicolas is the fourth generation to farm the family property and the only male of his generation to stay in the village. Ptit Grobis is local dialect for little bear which is the nickname of winemaker Nicolas Chemarin.

Red fruits and a burst of lively and tasty layers. It is a wine that has lush flavors, nice complexity, while still maintaining a nice, simple tannin structure. We love this wine! Its pure, friendly fruit up front with woodsy notes and light tannins on the finish. Super-food friendly, its hard to go wrong with this wine. It is sooooooooo easy to drink!
