GOATS DO ROAM WHITE 2010, SOUTH AFRICA
This is one of our best selling white wines year round and it is absolutely ideal for easy drinking. This is the first time that the majority of the grapes are exclusively from Fairview and the results have been outstanding. Fairview has been planting Roussanne and Grenache Blanc over the past few years and they are very happy with the progress. This wine has intense aromas of soft pear and litchi accompanied by floral notes and coconut hints. A rounded palate shows rich apricot and marzipan with a slight oily texture on the finish, balanced well by fruit-driven freshness.

"Light yellow. Fruit-driven aromas of pear, apple, citrus zest and honeysuckle. Surprisingly supple on the palate, with juicy flavors of more tropical fruits and spices. The enticing, moderately persistent finish shows spice and flint notes and good lift. A very successful blend and an excellent value."
- Wine Spectator BEST BUY!    ON SALE - $ 9.98

GOATS DO ROAM RED 2011, SOUTH AFRICA
This is delicious red blend is from one of South Africa's best producers. It has a deep, vibrant color, with aromas of strawberries and red fruits. The palate shows zesty ripe fruit, with a clean, crisp dry finish. This wine is from respected South African owner/vintner Charles Back. The grapes are vinified in Fairview's cellar in Paarl by Charles Back and top winemaker Anthony de Jager. For all the light-hearted sense of fun evident in the labelling and branding of the Goats do Roam wines, the wines themselves take a serious approach to quality.

This wine is fruit-rich, with intelligent use of wood for both fermentation and maturation in small French and American oak barrels. It is a blend of Syrah 72%, Cinsaut 13%, Mourvedre 7%, Carignan 4%, and Grenache 3%. Bright ruby in the glass. Fresh berry aromas layered with spice and smoky notes. Medium weight with refreshing fruit acidity and juicy tannins. A livey wine with integrated flavors and a smooth finish.
- Wine & Spirits Best Buy!    ON SALE - $ 9.98

CHARLES THOMAS COTES DU RHONE 2009, FRANCE
50% Syrah, 40% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre Clear ruby wine with overtones of red berry fruits. Round and supple with smooth aftertaste. A good all round red wine for meat courses, poultry and light cheeses. Best drunk now while fresh with good keeping up to 4 years.

"The bouquet is a ripe and fresh fruit basket, showing lots of complexity and a light herbal note adding interest; medium-full, round and plush, this has a softness and weight that seems more like Chateauneuf-du-Pape than Cotes du Rhone, and a level of fruit extract and richness that is impressive; it approaches "fruit bomb" intensity' but displays enough tannin and restraint to keep it nicely in check; a great value".
- Beverage Dynamics 91 pts **** (4 STARS)    ON SALE - $ 9.98

BODEGAS ALETTA VERAZ GARNACHA 2009, SPAIN
Bright violet. Fresh red berries on the fragrant nose. Juicy and expansive, offering jammy strawberry and raspberry flavors and silky texture. Straightforward and very easy to drink, with good finishing punch. An outstanding value!
- IWC 88 Pts    $ 9.99

RUBUS CHARDONNAY RUSSIAN RIVER VALLEY 2009, CALIFORNIA
This wine has hints of tropical fruit, pear and New Town ripened apples. The wine is barrel fermented, but not overtly and is balanced just like a Joe Swann or Sonoma-Cutrer wine. This is Chardonnay for the lover of white burgundy-flavorful, balanced and delicious. This is a great complement to seafood ranging from salmon to wild trout.
Reg Price $15.99    ON SALE - $ 13.98

HEINZ EIFEL BA BEERENAUSLESE RHEINHESSEN 2009, GERMANY
The Heinz Eifel Beerenauslese (literally meaning: selected harvest of berries) is a wine made from hand selected grapes. It is often called ba for short, and is usually made from grapes affected by noble rot, a very rare condition in the grapes allowing for the production of highly concentrated flavors and sweetness.

"Clear yellow gold with a slight green tinge, this 100% Silvaner wine shows aromas and fl avors of ripe pear and peach and botrytis on a medium weight palate with a slight bitterness on the mid-palate that carries over to a lightly sweet finish."
Reg Price $16.99    ON SALE - $ 13.98

GISELLE CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2010, CALIFORNIA

MARK DAVIDSON TAMBURLAINE - NORTH BORE SHIRAZ 2008, AUSTRALIA
Tamburlaine is Australia's largest producer of organic wines, although not a large winery in world terms. In the renowned Pokolbin district of the Hunter Valley, in 1985, a small group of friends and relatives, led by Managing Director and Chief Winemaker, Mark Davidson, purchased the winery.

One of the vineyards is at Borenore or 'North Bore'. This wine shows blackcurrant and clove spice characters with a lingering finish. Cherry and black current aromas with a touch of clove and peppercorn - nice mouth filling fruit, but not jammy - minimal use of oak. Great with barbecued meat or vegetables or just sip on it's own.    $ 13.99

BODEGAS MANO A MANO TEMPRANILLO 2009, SPAIN
(100% tempranillo): Opaque purple. Aromas of blackberry, cherry and cracked pepper, with slow-building smokiness. More refined and spicy than the Manon bottling, offering juicy flavors of dark berries, candied licorice and Indian spices. Finishes with gentle tannic grip and lingering fruit. - Wine Advocate 89 Pts - IWC 89 Pts    $ 14.99

DOM DE LA COLLONGE POUILLY LOCHE 2007, FRANCE
This is a delicious Chardonnay from one of Burgundy's better estates. Domaine de la Collonge is situated in the village of Fuissé, the heart of the Pouilly-Fuissé Appellation. This is Burgundy's southernmost area where you can even feel a hint of the Midi in the air and the most prestigious vineyard of the Maconnais.

Excellence and consistency go hand in hand at Domaine de la Collonge. Gilles Noblet's 2006 Pouilly-Fuissé is a bright, sunny elixir that dazzles and shimmers like the noonday sun. With every glance and sip of this fulfilling wine, one sees and tastes the golden clusters of Chardonnay grapes that mature gently and slowly under the Maconnais sun. What's more, the 2007 Domaine de la Collonge Pouilly-Loche exhibits Noblet's telltale ripe, round, seductive signature, a profile that appears to grow more scintillating with each successive vintage. On the nose, this lovely Pouilly-Loche offers up plenty of heavenly scents to recall the first blooms of spring, soft breezes, and the beckoning of freshly baked bread. Furthermore, Noblet's 2007 Pouilly-Loche possesses pinpoint purity and elegant minerality, all of which add to its overt charm.    ON SALE - $ 15.98
