Vineyards at Château Paradis date from 600 BC, but the winery as it exists today dates to 1980, with the planting of several hectares of vines, and the subsequent renovation of the winery and cellar. Chateau Paradis has an ancient pedigree, but what counts today is the remarkable quality of the wines- and especially their pinnacle wine, the "Terre des Anges" (Land of the Angels) Rose.
