With just three hectares of vineyards, the Bernkasteler Doctor is one of the smallest vineyards on the Mosel, but the Kabinett grown here is one of the most sought-after of its kind! The 2021 is a Riesling of crystal-clear purity...its smoky bouquet already shows animating exotic fruit and distinct mineral and floral notes. On the palate, a polished, cool, and juicy fruit with some red berry nuances, all wrapped in (its) typical terroir spice. The fine, ripe acid core gives great balance and (this) noble juice shows a lot of race and an enormous punchy depth. Extremely elegant style - this is really classy - the true Doctor...
