Olivier & Lafont - Cotes Du Rhone 2019

A blend of 75% Grenache, 15% Syrah, and 10% Mourvèdre that combines to make a smooth, easy-drinking red. It shines a beautiful ruby hue when held up to the light. Deep, dark red cherry aromas tinged with a light spice swirl out of the glass. It is full-bodied, with a luscious, mouth-coating blackberry flavor supported by soft tannins. The finish is incredibly long-lasting, allowing layers of this wine to unfold on the palate. The perfect complement to a holiday roast, but may be paired with a variety of grilled meats from chicken to pork to beef.
