Te Pa Description
This wine delivers aromatics of nectarine, lime, florals and hints of toasted spice. The palate is concentrated and precise, with citrus, black currant, fresh herbs and grilled pineapple flavours. This wine possesses crisp. refreshing acidity and a touch of chalky minerality.
A great match with all seafood, particularly shellfish. The crisp flavours work well with fresh summer salads or soft goat cheese.

This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc blends fruit in more or less equal proportions from the Wairau and Awatere Valleys. Wairau typically shows a more tropical profile, while Awatere fruit produces wines with a greener, crunchier edge. The blocks were fermented separately before being blended and aged on light lees. The result is a punchy and aromatic wine with a good depth of gooseberry, guava, grapefruit citrus and stone fruit flavour. There's also a nettley, herby twist. Zesty and tangy.
