Wine Classes are back at finewine.com!!

Travel the world in our "Wines Around the World" class

July 14 & 15 @ 7PM

Taste 12 classic wines with light fare to complement them!

Since our last wine class in February of 2020, we've quarantined, worked from home, hung out around the house, "enjoyed" the close company of our families, "Zoomed", masked up, socially distanced, shopped online, been poked & prodded, convalesced, binge-watched, been vaccinated, and generally had our wings clipped!  So what better way to celebrate reopening than to metaphorically travel the world from the comfort of our wine bar in Gaithersburg?  No quarantine, no covid testing, not even a passport is required to spend an evening touring the world of wine at finewine.com!

So join us this month for our first monthly post-pandemic wine class.  In this “Wines around the World" class, we'll tour the world and explore wines from world-renowned wine regions across the globe, including those of Italy, Spain, Argentina, Portugal, France, Chile, and many more!  This class will be packed with can't miss wines that, well...you won't want to miss!   And these classes may well sell out, so please respond quickly to ensure you get a seat.

We’ll taste and compare 12 classic wines, and we’ll offer some light hors d’oeuvres to complement the wines.  Tasting classes at Finewine.com are geared to beginners and experienced wine aficionados alike, and this class will have a little something for everyone.  So join the expert Finewine.com staff as we explore these spectacular wines and the amazing regions from which they originate.  Come taste, learn, discuss and enjoy!

Something different in the world of Rosé- a Rioja Rosado!

2020 Casa la Rad Solarce Rosado: ONLY $15.98!

"Spanish Rosado was traditionally made in a darker pink color, almost a light red, and aged for a year before release. In recent years, winemakers have responded to a market that clamors for the palest of pale pinks to drink the year after harvest. The 2020 Solarce from Casa La Rad is wild — it tastes almost like watermelon-flavored Pop Rocks spiked with mint. It has what wine fiends call “lift,” meaning the aromas and flavors seem to levitate out of the glass. No coaxing needed here, just an open mind and a smile." - Dave McIntyre (Washington Post), 3 Stars (Exceptional)

Our Wine Bar is OPEN!

Enjoy wines by the glass and food service

Masking is not required, though still recommended for those who remain unvaccinated or otherwise at risk (our staff is 100% vaccinated).
