Bodegas Taron Description
This is a very crisp and fresh Rioja. In a break with Riojan tradition it has been entirely vinified in stainless steel with no oak influence. The grapes combine Viura (Macabeo) and Tempranillo Blanco from 40 year-old vines. It has pale-yellow hues with touches of green. It is clean and bright, with the intense nose of the Tempranillo Blanco. The palette is packed with white fruit, green apples and stone fruit, with floral hints and citrus notes.
