Perfectus Description
Pale clear pink in color. Expressive aromas of strawberries, raspberries red cherry, rose petal, soft melon, ripe peaches, fresh rhubarb, and mineral. Continuing to the palate, flavors of lavender, cranberries, black currant tang. This is a dry rose with medium plus acidity, medium body. There is a delicious tension between the acidity, heightening the citrus notes, with fruity flavors, which all mingle together for a medium finish.
